The Week Ahead

Monday 5th through Sunday 11th May

T

he New Moon’s auspicious for new financial beginnings. If you’ve been making the most of the career or business opportunities that are currently around for you, then you should be in a position to invest wisely for the future. If all this sounds a bit sensible for a hot–headed Arien, then Mars’ entry into fellow Fire sign, Leo is sure to introduce some fun into your life over the next few weeks.

April, May, June 2008

A New Moon in your sign on 6 April launches you into this quarter. With the Sun, Mercury and Venus all in Aries, dynamically aligned with Mars, April is a month to push ahead with new projects and goals. Look to a partner for a balanced view of what’s going on.

May is likewise a busy month, with Mercury’s entry into compatible Gemini keeping you on the go until well into July. Keep your wits about you, though, between 26 May and 19 June, when misunderstandings could arise and travel plans be subject to delays.

For those of you born 7–12 April in particular a period of expansion peaks around 9 May, giving you an opportunity to consolidate the gains you’ve made; while Mars arriving in fellow Fire sign, Leo the following day gives you a fresh injection of energy, and the confidence to go after who, or what, you desire for the rest of this quarter.

The Full Moon in Sagittarius on 18 June throws a powerful beam on the way ahead. But in order to advance, you may first of all have to deal with some unfinished business. A whole cycle of your life is coming to a close and you need to draw a line under it before you can move on.
