appy Birthday Pisces! And welcome to your personal new year, which begins with the Sun going into your sign on 18 February. It’s aligned with both Venus and Jupiter, which augurs well for you.

You’re hosting beneficent Jupiter until 5 June, but the Wanderer returns to your sign later in the year, taking you on a journey of one kind or another on which you may have to retrace your steps. Look to January 2011 to arrive at journey’s end. Jupiter’s the bringer of good fortune and opportunities for growth in both your personal and professional life, but you must seize the moment, otherwise they might pass you by.

Uranus is also in your sign (since 2003) but departs it on 5 July. The seven—year itch is at an end! Well, not quite, because this unpredictable planet returns to Pisces from August to December. This is when you may make a last—ditch break for freedom from whatever you feel is holding you back.

If it’s change you’re after — and that’s probably inescapable this year — then you have powerful support from Pluto in early Capricorn. It’s likely to drive you towards new friends and fellow—travellers who can support you in the goals you set for yourself.

Look to 10 March onwards to go forward with a business plan that may have been on hold since the end of last year, and as for love — well, with Venus in sister sign, Scorpio for an extended stay come September you may well meet someone on your travels. But from 8 October onwards a romance could get a bit complicated …
