
Meditation can offer you complete relaxation. You will experience calmness and clarity of mind. You will generally look and feel better as your face relaxes. And you will find the inter strength to cope with any issues you may be experiencing.
To truly benefit from meditation it is best if you can make it part of your daily routine. Try to set aside 20-30 minutes each day. Anytime of the day or night is acceptable - even 10 minutes during your lunch break would calm you for the afternoon to follow. Once you get started and practice regularly this will become your time and your space to bring tranquillity into your life.
Find a quiet place with no disturbances. It is advisable to switch off all phones. This meditation may be practiced anywhere: in the park, in a garden or wherever you find peaceful. Walking is also a form of meditation as long as you are at peace with yourself and on your own to think.
Make yourself comfortable. Light a candle, play some soft relaxing music or enjoy the silence, whatever feels best for you. Keep yourself grounded with your feet on the floor, your hands beside you and your eyes either opened or closed.
In your mind ask your highest spirit guide, angel or God to protect your body and soul so no harm may come to you. You may also like to ask for protection for your home or family. Take a deep breath, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, repeat slowly until you feel all the muscles in your body relax.
Don't worry if your mind starts to chatter to you, this is just part of the unwinding process and will soon disappear. Notice how totally relaxed you begin to feel and allow this wonderful energy experience to guide you into the calmness and the relaxation you are seeking.
Visualise a hovering ball of bright white light. Move the ball around your body and feel the warmth from its light as its healing energy rejuvenates you and takes you to a place of total bliss.
You can stay in this meditation for as long as you wish. Relax, enjoy the experience and when you feel ready simply thank your guides and slowly bring yourself back into the present and an awareness of your surroundings.

There are lots of books on the Tarot, also workshops and courses. These will help you to absorb the basic divinatory meanings of the cards, but to develop your own personal style of interpretation, you`ll need to practise working with them. Practice makes perfect!
